I launched the Food From 4 Cookery School at the start of 2017. Having run six successful classes I am now looking to run them once a month over 2018. Based at my home in Chalfont St Peter, students prepare lunch together then gather around the kitchen table for lunch. £45 per person includes all equipment, ingredients and take home recipe cards. You also get to take home any leftovers and you don't have to do any washing up.

Details of the first set of classes are now available here https://foodfrom4.com/2017/12/10/2018-cookery-classes/

To book your place or find out more, email me at foodfrom4@gmail.com

I'm not strong on Thai. Something I need to learn. Indian and Middle Eastern are my specialities. the closest to Thai would be the street food class though what we are making there is a combo of Vietnamese, Indo-Chinese and Tex Mex. Sounds weird but it works Smile
