How much does it cost to put an advert into the Property section of the paper and who do I need to speak to?

You need to contact the property rep Zoe based at
the Chesham office on 01494 792626.

She will be able to let you know about prices etc.

Or use an estate agent and let us carry the cost!

Do you not charge for such services then?

I think using an agent in this instance would be problematic as we are not sub-letting and already deal with an agent who handles the tenancy on our landlady's behalf. They charge her the first month's rent.

I had no response at all from the advert in the paper. All the interest I had was a result of the adverts I put up in Forbouys in GX & CSP. It proved to be a much cheaper, and more effective way of advertising.

Sorry it didn't work out. I've found three of my
flatmates through the paper myself.
