Dear All,

Driving standards have been discussed previously.  So on that theme I feel I should raise the following.

I was in Gerrards Cross this morning and used the zebra crossing between Station Road Car Park and Waitrose.  Parked directly outside Waitrose on the hatched part that also states 'KEEP CLEAR' was a black Range Rover.

I shopped in Waitrose and then walked across the road to Savanna. The Range Rover driver (a tall, slim, fair haired man in his late 40's) had then moved from outside Waitrose and semi-backed into the Guide Headquarters (where it says PRIVATE PARKING) and left the front of his Range Rover semi blocking the path for pedestrians.

I hope you are reading this Range Rover driver and please feel free to contact me via PM.  Usually I would accuse people like you of being stupid.  However, considering your choice of car I would suggest that you are well healed so either you have won the lottery and are unfortuntely stupid, or more likely are stupid and you don't care about how your actions have the potential to affect other people.

Maybe next time you should not park outside Waitrose and you would allow vunerable people such as Children and little old ladies to get a clear view down Station Road before they cross the zebra crossing.

You can always be polite to get your point across. And probably his wife is the high earner who has provided the little man with his runaround.

Gerrards Cross is full of numpties. Parking outside M&S. Using the parent and child and disabled bays in Tesco when they have no children with them and no blue badge. Parking in the pick up area of Tesco. Pavement parking on Station Rd. Parking outside Costa. The council could rake in a small fortune if they ticketed these lazy, selfish people.

Glad those posts were edited as they showed far more dubious morals than just parking a car badly.

Good for you MV for shaming this selfish driver, I see this sort of thing all the time, and I just get myself wound up about it. Maybe, if we all shamed these selfish drivers, some of them might see their errors and think twice.

GXCSP - I was joking about making a move on the guy's wife!!

Whilst the car was 'just parked badly' it's positioning was hazardous in that it had the potential to cause injury

Maybe you're comment about the guy's wife was grossly offensive. I was on your side until I read it.
